Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must not have been used and must be returned complete with all accessories and, if available, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

You do not need to contact us before making a return. Return requests can be submitted directly through your customer account. If your request meets our return conditions, it will be automatically forwarded to our team for review. We will then decide whether the return is approved or rejected.

Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item.

Return Address

The return address will be provided to you after your return has been approved.

Please do not send back any items before your return has been approved and you have received the corresponding return instructions.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns without a previously approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at xianyintrading@gmail.com so we can assess the problem and find a solution as quickly as possible.

Return Conditions

A return is possible if the following conditions are met:

• The item is in its original condition and has not been used.
• All accessories are complete and present.
• Proof of purchase can be provided.
• Items damaged by improper use are excluded from return.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled until the goods are shipped directly via your customer account.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case – provided the return conditions are met – a return can be requested via the customer account after receipt of the goods. The request will then be reviewed by our team and approved or rejected.

Exchanges

If you wish to receive a different item, the fastest way is to first request a return through your customer account. Once the return is approved and received, you can order the desired item separately.

European Union – 14-day Right of Withdrawal

Regardless of our voluntary return policy, for deliveries within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must not have been used and must be returned complete with all accessories and, if available, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
