ComfyPeek began with a simple belief: our pets are not just animals — they are family.

My name is Scarlet Chen, and I founded ComfyPeek because I wanted to create a better way for people and their pets to experience the world together.

Like many pet owners, I often found myself wanting to bring my pets along for everyday adventures — a walk around the neighborhood, a weekend trip, a visit to a new place — but traditional carriers often felt uncomfortable, inconvenient, or disconnected from the bond we share with our companions.

I started ComfyPeek to solve a simple problem: how can we make going out with our pets easier, safer, and more enjoyable for both sides?
